Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the AppSecAI platform, website, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Use of services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Access the Services through automated means (scraping, bots) except through approved APIs
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or AppSecAI systems

3. Intellectual property

AppSecAI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, algorithms, models, documentation, and related content. You retain ownership of all code, scan results, and other data you submit to the Services ("Your Data").

We do not use Your Data to train our AI models. Your Data is processed solely to provide the Services and is deleted according to our data retention policies.

4. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the confidential information of the other party using the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, but no less than reasonable care. Confidential information includes source code, scan results, vulnerability findings, pricing terms, and business strategies.

5. Subscription and fees

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase or as agreed in a written order. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Our standard pricing is $250 per fixed vulnerability. Triage is included at no additional cost. Custom pricing is available for enterprise accounts.

6. Warranties and liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AppSecAI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all vulnerabilities will be identified or fixed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppSecAI's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppSecAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms with 30 days written notice. AppSecAI may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and any outstanding fees become due.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
