We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Services are free of viruses or harmful components

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPSECAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Upon termination:

• Any fees paid are non-refundable

Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
